GYMNASTICS FOR THE LAZY
Probably, all of us we wish to have an ideal figure without tiresome телодвижений and campaigns in fitness - clubs. By means of these exercises it is impossible to achieve an ideal figure, but it is possible to support itself in the excellent form. The main thing - to do them daily!
1. Having woken up in the morning and having passed to exercises (потягивание, lifting of feet in a prone position on a back or lifting of the case with a support on shoulders), is not forgotten about the following: laying on a stomach, we grasp hands of foot of feet, simultaneously we pull them on themselves and we raise a head. Such gymnastics will wake a brain, a stomach and intestines.
2. Perhaps, it is absolutely not out of place to remind, that to one of attractive "components" of a female figure on whom men are in the habit to detain a sight, the waist is. That is why we study the exercise forming a waist, approached to an aspen. In position sitting we turn the case to the right, how much it is possible (hands strong we keep for a chair back). We fade for 15-20 seconds. We come back in a starting position, and then we repeat exercise, but with turn to the left.
3. If to you the unlimited quantity of metres is necessary to pass, do this way with advantage - thoroughly knead joints of feet. Try to reach destination jumps that on left on the right foot, it is possible and on both. Still a variant: through each 3-4 steps to do low knee-bends or to walk on the semibent. Very effectively! Though from the party, of course, looks strange.
4. Admit: you do not spend days and nights in thoughts about the four-head to a hip muscle? And in vain! After all from that, how much it is trained, the beauty of your feet (!) depends. So immediately we master following exercise: in position sitting we rest against a floor ступнями. We strain muscles of a hip and without the aid of hands slowly we raise a trunk on pair centimetres. We keep it in such position as it is possible longer. Then we have a rest and it is repeated all at first.
5. This exercise helps to support breast muscles in a tone (as a result it even becomes on some centimetres above). It would Seem, there is no purpose благороднее! And still to carry out this simple action every day do not forget only unit. It is possible to do this exercise in any position: laying, sitting, standing. We hold hands before themselves at breast level, we put palms (as if for a pray) and as much as possible we strain muscles of hands as if we wish to press palms each other. We relax and is repeated again. And so daily for 5-7 minutes!
6. Now we will be engaged in a stomach. For strengthening of muscles of a stomach there is a set of exercises and though for lazy their quantity it is narrowed to several, efficiency from it, fortunately, does not decrease (certainly if to do them daily!). Exercise the first: on a breath very much we involve a stomach and, straining muscles, we fade for 6-8 seconds. An exhalation, we relax. We repeat from ten to twenty times. A variant of the second: we include a strong pressure of water in a shower and circular movements we mass a stomach. The only stipulation: all movements make standing.
